Kyle Smith Interview

Kyle Smith was drafted in the 4th round of the 2011 draft out of Santaluces High School in Lantana, Fla. He passed up an opportunity to play with Florida, in order to sign with the Royals. In 2012, he made one dominant start at Idaho Falls before being promoted to Kane County. In all, he pitched 72.1 innings with a 2.86 ERA. He had 1.19 WHIP and a fantastic 12.2 K/9 rate.
